We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, tights, undergarments, and hair accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the dancewear items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original Capezio packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and shoes show no signs of floor wear.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
